Future Shorts presents ‘Uncontained’ Film Making Challenge at BoxPark

Future Shorts and ShellsuitZombie design collective have teamed up to host a film making challenge this Thursday at the 55DSL store at BoxPark in Shoreditch, London. By day teams of individuals will make short films that will then be shown in 55DSL store in the evening…

“On Thursday the 5th of July, Future Shorts present a day-long celebration of short film, to be held in the 55DSL clothing store in Boxpark. The event is part of the design collective ShellsuitZombie’s ‘Uncontained’ project: every day for 6 weeks creative individuals or groups are taking over part of the 55DSL store to show off their creative skills.  It is hosted by Studio55, 55DSL’s platform for emerging talent.

Thursday’s event comes in two parts – during the day a crew of young filmmakers are invited to use the 55DSL space and its surroundings to create a short film and also to capture the process of planning and executing the film idea in such a short time.  Then in the evening from 7-9pm, there will be a free viewing of award-winning short films, followed by the unveiling of the day’s creation.”

If you fancy getting involved with the film making, then check out the ShellsuitZombie site for details (link below). Or if you just fancy having a beer and watching the creations come to life, then make sure you get to the 55DSL store early to get your spot.
